For outdoor brands, distributors & professional buyers

Built around your buying decision

Match the product to your market.

01 / BUYER APPLICATION

Launch an outdoor brand collection

Select a focused opening range rather than committing to every category. Set the role of each product, target retail position and quantities before adding colors or accessories.

02 / BUYER APPLICATION

Expand a distributor assortment

Add complementary categories around your existing sellers. Use a shared visual direction for packaging while keeping product information, variants and order quantities clear for each SKU.

03 / BUYER APPLICATION

Plan a seasonal retail program

Separate first-launch products from later additions. Map sample decisions, artwork approvals and cargo-ready targets by category so one unfinished item does not silently determine the whole range schedule.

Product options for your brief

Ask about configurations

Compare the details that matter

A sourcing conversation, not a generic catalogue.

A connected camp-kitchen selection

Review SummitTrail cookware alongside the modular storage box and bamboo worktop as a merchandising group. Confirm cookware contents, storage dimensions and worktop use separately, then align pack graphics and accessory descriptions without assuming the products fit together.

Shelter and seating with one visual direction

Pair AeroHaven shelter and AeroGlide recliner options within your collection brief. Review fabric swatches, logo locations and carry-bag artwork together; approve appearance on each material rather than expecting one color reference to look identical everywhere.

Lighting treated as its own configuration

Include the LumiVault lantern without treating it like another textile SKU. Confirm the chosen charging functions, battery configuration, included accessories and instructions, with the relevant document and test scope reviewed before approving packaging claims.

Plan before placing the order

Turn your shortlist into a range brief

Send your selected products and brand direction to info@camplume.com. Ask for a SKU-by-SKU review of customization choices, sample scope and order constraints.

What to confirm before sampling

01

Range and SKU allocation

Confirm models, variants and quantities by launch phase. Identify core items, optional additions and any proposed bundles; ask which order commitments can actually be shared.

02

Branding by product surface

Provide logo files, color references and placement preferences. Confirm suitable decoration methods and approve physical finishes across fabric, metal, plastic, wood and printed packaging.

03

Product and sample scope

Agree materials, dimensions, included parts and intended use for each SKU. Record the sample revision, open deviations and acceptance points before authorizing bulk production.

04

Packaging and destination documents

Confirm retail packs, barcodes, instructions and language versions. Request documents and proposed tests for the exact configuration and market, including food-contact or battery-related evidence where relevant.

05

Phased commercial plan

Request per-SKU minimums, sample and setup charges, packaging costs and quoted lead times. Confirm approval dependencies, delivery terms and whether separate production or shipment phases are feasible.

Include these details in your request

  • Selected product IDs and quantities by variant
  • Target markets, sales channels and launch window
  • Logo files, color references and packaging brief
  • Required functions, documents and sample checks

MOQ, price and delivery dates depend on the approved configuration. Ask for relevant test reports and document scope for your exact product and market; this page is not a certification claim.

From product brief to shipment release

Three decisions to agree together

STEP 01

Define the brief

Choose the product, destination market, configuration and packaging scope.

STEP 02

Review the sample

Confirm the sample version, artwork and open evidence before production approval.

STEP 03

Agree the release plan

Set inspection checks, labeling and shipping documents against the approved brief.

All CampLume FAQs
Must we order all five categories?

No. Start with the categories that suit your collection. The proposed selection and minimums are reviewed per SKU; a coordinated range does not require equal quantities across products.

Can different products share one MOQ?

Do not assume so. MOQ is confirmed by quotation for each model, color, branding method and packaging configuration. Ask which shared inputs or printed components can be combined.

How are range samples approved?

Agree a sample plan for each selected configuration, including branding and pack-out. Record approvals and deviations by SKU. Sample charges and timing are confirmed in the quotation.

Can we launch the range in phases?

Phasing can be discussed against your quantities and priorities. Production lead time is quoted per SKU after scope review; split orders or shipments need separate confirmation rather than one blanket completion date.

Does private labeling prove market compliance?

No. Confirm applicable requirements, report scope and document responsibilities for each configuration and destination. A logo, previous report or similar product does not establish coverage for your selected range.
